The hotel was beautifully decorated and very comfortable. It was within easy walking distance to the main attractions and in a fairly quiet street. Breakfast was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. |

Walking distance of city centre. Very clean, well presented. Comfortable room and bed. Very clean, modern bathroom. Tea and coffee making facility in room. Excellent breakfast. |

Location, attractiveness of hotel interior, pleasant breakfast room, size of standard room, allocation of quiet room when requested at booking Although we didn't ask for bar service we never saw anyone on duty behind the bar. Also one of the public lounges was out of general use due to a conference - we would expect separate conference facilities. |

The hotel was elegant and beautiful. The staff very helpful and the facilities excellent. A very relaxing hotel and we will be returning. Not cheap but good value for location and in comparison to other hotels. |

Everything! Fantastic location. Friendly and helpful front desk (restaurant recommendations, language translations, etc.) Elegant fitness area that included sauna and steam bath. We didn't really understand that breakfast was included and so we didn't take advantage of it both days. |
