ドアボーイ、コンシェルジュがいない。フロントが左記2点をカバーするとはいえ、チェックイン等で込みあっている事もあり依頼をするのに待たなくてはいけないので、やはり専門のスタッフがほしいように思う。立地がとにかく素晴らしい。地下はGB（ベルギー大手のチェーンスーパー）で何でも購入できるのでこの点も重宝した。 |

location The cost of the room - basic hotel room and the only reason we stayed here is that other accommodation was booked out, we were staying for four nights but our preferred accommodation wasn't available for one of the nights, air conditioning, extra payment for wi-fi and health club and breakfast |

Location The food.We has luch there one day. I had the fish soup and my partner had the club sandwiche. The chips with the club were cold and the soup was only luke warm. It was the most expensive place to eat in antwerp and yet the quality of what we got was very poor. |
