Närheten till tågstationen och nära till centrum. Extremt tunna väggar, väldigt lyhört, samt kändes det som våra grannar var på väg in på vårt rum hela tiden, pga att dörren och väggarna skakade. Det såg även ut att vara mögel i taket på toaletten. Duchen ej för långa människor.Dessutom hade de inga singelsängar kvar när vi kom för att checka in kl.13.30, så vi fick dela både säng och täcke. Detta med tanke på att vi hade bokat hotellet i våras. |

Det var väldigt bra frukostbuffet. (Tyvärr så skilde det i produkter och service mellan helgen och under den vanliga veckan.) Det var också bra att man kunde använda gratis Internet i foajen. En av den kvinnliga personalen i receptionen var inte speciellt service minded. |

Trevlig personal, helt ok rum till rimligt pris, god och riklig frukostbuffé. Läget vid centralstationen var perfekt för en tågresenär på genomresa. Ganska lyhört (den äldre delen av hotellet) |

Proximity to the railway station. Strong smell of stale cigarette smoke. Loud banging sounds from the heating pipes which ran through the room. Hotel staff managed to stop it but could not give a guarantee that it wouldn't start again. |

The proximity to the central station and to the center of town= easy access. free access to internet. The breakfast was acceptable but there was not a wide enough selection of fruits (ie no bananas!) The smell: there was a terrible smell of old smoke overall in the hotel and especially in my room. The rugs are old, smelly and dirty. The shower (hose), and the beds are old. The sheets did not seem very clean or they are old...The croissants were not good. |

So close to station - able to leave luggage there on arrival in Antwerp and after checkout. Found a shattered lightbulb and melted lampshade beside the bed - it was promptly changed when reported. Would have liked tea making facilities in room. |
