The hotel decor was very dated. While the bedding sheets in the room were clean, the rest of the room left a lot to be desired

Poor quality of food (breakfest buffet), hard smell of smoke in non-smoker rook, room very hot (impossible to open fully the window), dirty bathroom

near railway station, good breakfast, quiet (from corridor and other rooms).

One of the streets is used by pedestrians at night and therefore a bit noisy. The carpet in the corridor was not in a good shape also in the room some small repairs would be necessary.

It is very centric. Close to Central Railway Station and also from the shuttle to Brussels Airport

A very poor night sleep due to noise from the street. Hotel room smelt strongly of cleaning fluids and tobacco smoke

Location was good.Parking for a fair price. Staff very friendly.

The shower was not working properly.when we came for breakfast there was almost nothing left.

We originally had a room with a window that did not work. We were easily switched to another room. Also, right across from the train station!

Good staff, clean rooms and a good bed. the 24/7 in and out was good too.

The entrance on the outside totally didn't match the inside (which was really nice).
