Excellent hotel! The staff was very friendly and helpful, and everybody made a real effort to provide their best possible service and make us feel at home. Great facilities too - even the gym is actually very complete gym, not "a-couple-of-weights-in-a-tiny-smelly-room" type of thing often encountered elsewhere. Best breakfast in town,nice bar, lovely restaurant too. What more could you ask for??

Location excellent. Staff very friendly and very helpful, maybe should also consider putting an extra person at the front desk during 'peak' times for check in and out.

Would have been nice to have brochures/information in English and some on local bars and clubs also.

although the hotel was right in the centre of Antwerp i found the hotel to be peaceful not noisy and the staff great and responsive. the Restaurant provided good food and the gym facilities were very good. I liked this hotel and its location.
