The breakfast served at the hotel was excellent with a lot of varieties. Also the information of the city offered by concierge were exceptionally good. Yes, the cleaning is not that great and apart from that the hotel does not have WIFI?? ohh comon we live in the 21st century.. |

helpful staff, decent breakfast no internet or wi-fi, the hotel is little run down, it would need some refreshing, there was sometimes an unpleasant smell. specially in the lobby (I do not know from what.), Maybe the impression of being run down comes from this smell, (maybe it comes from a cleaning liquid of some sort.) |

abundant food for breakfast. Artistic rooms indeed. The street below was noisy at night, due to cars and. It would be a good idea to make the windows sound-proof. |

The breakfast choice was good. The room was clean. The rooms were incrediably basic and the beds were particularly uncomfortable. The decor was very old fashioned and out dated. The web site suggests that the hotel was one with a art influence. However the black, red and yellow scibbles across our bedroom did not portray art. |

Closeness of city and communications – train, metro. I have been in many hotels in Brussels since 2002. It happened to me for the first time, that none from staff had being emptied tables with salvers at breakfast.People didn't have empty seats, they even postponed salvers on other tables alone. This happened every morning.They aren't issuing confirmations for luggage, left in protected room, even key was given to each guest to open this room. |
