Det er et meget sobert og rent hotel. Receptionen var altid bemandet med smilende og serviceminded personale. God P-kælder. Morgenmad med blødkogte æg - samt æggebægre :-)) |

Excellent value for money,... Unlike most hotels in Antwerp, breakfast is included. (other hotels charge 15*20 Euro extra) |

Efficient hotel for a reasonable price. Hotel access by car is difficult and not well indicated. Slow checkout with people queuing, while several receptionists were busy with admin tasks instead of helping at the front desk. |

Just what one would expect of a Holiday Inn Express: clean, courteous and convenient (with its own underground car-park.) Further from the shops and the Diamond District than many. We enjoyed the nearly-a-mile walk: the less-sprightly may not. |

Half an hour for check-in when only one people ahead of me, that's very too long. Internet access so expensive! And ask for a room on the harbour side, not on the street, so much noise! |

The hotel was ok but noicy, you could hear everyting what was said in the room next to you. The receptionist did not know where the busses to Brussels airport leave! He gave us a wrong address and caused some confusion. This is basic information you should have at the reception! |

The room and the bathroom was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast was excellent. They actually let us check-in earlier than the allotted time. Good view and a nice area. A little far from the main city square. Can be lonely to get back to the hotel in the night....although we did not have any bad experience. The double room we had booked came with two single beds.....would have been better to have one big bed instead. |
