Friendly staff There was a house party going on somewhere in the building. The window could not close properly. There was quite a bit of street noise (we had a room at the front). |

The breakfast was excellent, great selection, nice staff. i had to move rooms at 4am in the morning due to banging noise within the building structure. Rooms are old and tired. Carpets are dirty and worn. Mold between the tiles in the bathroom. However, the bedding is clean and fresh and room service was prompt and friendly. Disappoint with all the chewing gum spat out on the streets of Antwerp. Being approched by Beggars doesnt make u feel safe. |

A very comfortable Hotel. Lovely spacious rooms that were cleaned to a very high standard. Excellent Buffet Breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Air conditioned rooms and local parking. Everything you could want. |
