Basic hotel services were good, e.g. breakfast. The Internet connection existed, but was overpriced. Excellent central location: railways, tram, connecting bus to Brussels airport on the other side of the street. Overpriced Internet connection. |

Basically nothing. Room was cold, as the shower. There was a non asked for third bed in the room. They wanted to "book" our time for breakfast for the next morning (Sunday!) |

nice staff, efficient at breakfast - also location is good. It was shocking to come back after being out all day and they hadn't serviced our room. |

The fact that the hotel was within walking distance from the station. And I liked the croissants at breakfast. I didn't like that there was nothing between the bedsheet and the matress.... |

The Room was very lovely, Breakfast superb I booked this hotel because it advertised a health suite etc, swimming pool but these were closed due to refurbishment. I was also mislead a bit with the price. having to pay 3/5ths of the bill upon arriving and then waiting nearly 1/2 hour at check out having to pay the rest of the bill. |

The reception seems to be understaffed. And there are other staff walking around seemingly without knowing what to do, while a lonely guy has to take all service and all phone calls. It is very annoying when you need to wait 10 minuted to chek-in just becasue the reception guy has a telephone cue of 10 calls he needs to answer firstly. |
